This website is run by Radosław Gołębiewski, trading as RJ2 Radosław Gołębiewski (NIP PL7791081925), who is the controller of the personal data described below. Contact: radoslaw.golebiewski@rj2.pl.
What is collected
The site uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party services; fonts and images are served from this server. Like any web server, it records each request in its logs: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the browser’s user-agent string and the referring page.
Why
Only to keep the site and the server secure and working, for example to detect and block abuse. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are not used to identify or profile visitors and are not shared with anyone, unless the law requires it.
How long
Logs are deleted automatically after 90 days. An IP address that attacks the server may be blocked, and is kept on the block list only for the duration of the block.
If you write to me, I use your address and message only to reply, and keep the correspondence for as long as it is needed for that purpose. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in conducting correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, or restriction of its processing, and you may object to the processing, by writing to the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).
